• Off-Campus – Independent study, online coursework, internships, and community-based projects.

• Flexible Structure – Students flow between individual work, group collaboration, and hands-on occupations that connect learning to life.

Core Elements

• Montessori Academics – Mastery-based learning in math, science, humanities, and language arts.

• Project-Based Learning – Six-week cycles tackling real-world problems, often blending multiple disciplines.

• Community & Leadership – Student-led meetings, collaborative decision-making, and cross-age mentoring.

• Micro-Economy & Occupations – Gardening, entrepreneurship, animal care, and service work that build practical skills.

• Mentorship – Guides who understand adolescent development and coach students academically and personally.
