About Us
Located in Rochester Hills, Laurel Mara Montessori is a warm, authentic Montessori community where children grow in independence, curiosity, and confidence. Serving learners from infancy through 6th grade, our programs provide a seamless journey—from a child’s first steps into a classroom to their development as thoughtful, capable leaders. With hands-on learning, mixed-age classrooms, and guides who truly know each child, Laurel Mara Montessori nurtures both academic excellence and the social-emotional skills needed for a lifetime of success.

Programs Offered
Infant (2 months–18 months)
A peaceful, nurturing space where babies build trust, develop mobility, and explore the world at their own pace.
Parent-Child Montessori Class (Birth–5 years)
A warm space for parents and children to explore Montessori together, fostering independence and connection.
3 Day Montessori Preschool (2.5 years–5 years)
A flexible three-day program where children build independence, social skills, and a love of learning.
Toddler (18 months–3 years)
A home-like environment that fosters independence, practical life skills, and social connection through purposeful work and play.
Primary (3–6 years)
Hands-on exploration with authentic Montessori materials, building strong academic foundations alongside creativity, focus, and empathy.
Elementary (Grades 1–6)
An engaging, academically rich program where students dive into math, language, science, culture, and the arts—while developing critical thinking, collaboration, and leadership skills.
